APPLICATION ADDENDUM

Please Read this BEFORE submitting your application.

Dear Prospective Member:

  1. Do not send in your money. You will be billed after your application is accepted and your membership is voted and confirmed.
  1. There are three levels of membership for which you may apply.
A. Regular member: Manager or supervisor of a public fleet.
B. Associate member
(Non-Voting member)
Retired public fleet person, other public or private fleet officials.
(Street Supt. Purchasing, Finance, Dispatch, etc.)
C. Sustaining member
(Non-voting member)
A vendor who sells or services many public fleets.
Restricted to two persons each company.
  1. Application Procedure:
  1. Locate a current member to sponsor you and/or...
  2. Contact President Mike Arnerich at (925) 960-8031 or Vice President  Dave Mesa at (408) 794-1082 for a sponsor nearest you.
  3. Make sure you fill in all the information on the application. Indicate which address (business or home) you wish to have your bi-monthly meeting and conference notices mailed to.
  4. Include which membership type you are applying for, why you want to join, and what you can do for our organization.
  5. Your sponsor will arrange for you to come to a regular meeting and introduce yourself.
  6. You will be notified by mail if your application is successful and you will receive an invoice for the annual dues.
  7. Fleet Managers please add to the application form the size of your fleet. Include all vehicles and equipment.
